At CBH, we are your single point of contact for all phases of your project. We have built a team of experienced individuals passionate about executing your ideal mezzanine build. From planning, architecture, engineering, and construction, we understand the significance of working closely with all parties, especially during the early phases of your project. We will proactively resolve and prevent possible conflicts or risks.
Project Management and takeoffs
We partner with you to alleviate the stress of planning your build. We will help oversee the design process that entails your permit, construction, and shop drawings.
PROJECT SCHEDULING, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND COST CONTROL
As per the shop drawings by our accredited in-house engineers, we provide quality checks on all the steel members before they are cut, drilled, and welded to your specifications.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND RISK MANAGEMENT
Working in line with your project budget, we ensure that the structural steel members are delivered on-site and on schedule. We oversee the installation following the construction drawings and building requirements.

Our team will work with you to prepare a project budget and schedule so that all phases are optimized in a cost-efficient and timely manner. We will coordinate all steps of the project; from the building department site plan approval process to the final stamped architectural drawings.
APPLICATION FOR APPROVALS
We will take on the responsibility of filling out the necessary permit documentation and submitting it on time to ensure approval by our agreed-upon deadlines.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION and SUPERVISION
To ensure that the quality of construction matches the quality of design and that construction contracts are executed on time and on budget, CBH offers comprehensive, professional contract administration and site supervision services.
